This course aims at providing an overview of central aspects of Austrian administrative law and at familiarising students with the structure and the characteristics of this field of law to prepare them for the (written and oral) administrative law examination.

The tutorial will cover general aspects of administrative law as well as central aspects of Austrian administrative law, e.g. commercial law, building law and environmental law. Furthermore relations between administrative and constitutional law will be shown.
