Upon the positive completion of the course students dispose of a broad knowledge of the terms, concepts and sources as well as the historical and general background of individual labour law. They should also be able to put the acquired knowledge into practice by independently solving case-law and interpreting Supreme Court rulings.

Interactive, Lecture and joint solving of cases with the students

Students are expected to participate actively during classes and independently prepare for each unit. The final vote consists of oral participation as well as a final written examination.
