Preparation to the oral exam in civil procedure law through the practical application of the articles in the code of procedure. The lesson also aims to acquaint the participants with the working methods of the bar examination, as well as the exams for judges and notaries and therefor be a precise help for the future.
Because of the difficulty in learning the abstract content of some of the legal articles, this lesson tries to give an understanding of the practice of civil procedure.
Short introduction phase in the civil procedure law based on practical case studies. Organiszed excursion to the court of Bolzano.
Two written examinations; average marke of the best two exams as well as of the partecipation
