The aim of this course is to provide a solid grounding to students interested in managing various aspects of the innovation process within organizations and across networks of organisations. Students will be introduced to the role creativity plays during the innovation process and learn how to employ various techniques that can be applied to the identification, analysis, and implementation of the innovation activity within organisations.
Concepts and methods for the design of creative processes and innovation networks are at the core of this course. Topics include: innovation and uncertainty, creative process management skills, experimentation and rehearsal, managing the sources of innovation, designing innovation networks

This course will use a combination of lectures, guest speakers, discussions and assignments on the module blog, group works, simulation game, case studies, reading assignments and student presentations and excursions

Active class participation, case analysis, presentations, papers
