Raising the comprehension and the awareness for the problems of civil procedure law.

Introduction to the writing of scientific papers. Scientific treatment of selected challenging issues of civil procedure law.

Presentations by the participants with following discussions.

Presentation of a written paper, participation in the discussions.

Current edition of the Austrian Civil Procedure Act (for example Kodex Zivilgerichtliches Verfahren); Kodek/Mayr, Zivilprozessrecht (2011). Special literature is going to be announced in each case it is required.

Basic knowledge of civil procedure law.
