The students learn to manage tax compliance in an enterprise.
Lecture in tax law for enterprises:
Income and corporate tax, value added tax, the resonstruction taxart, treaties for the avoidance of double taxation and international tax law are applicated on enterprises.
Lecture with special case studies discussion.
Written exam.
- Beiser, Steuern (neueste Auflage)
- Kodex Steuerrecht (neueste Auflage)
Adequate awareness of the Austrian Tax System.
Methodological focus at Buisness Tax Law.
