Contents:

Main aspects of the General Administrative Procedure Act, the Criminal Administrative Procedure Act, the Administrative Enforcement Act and the Administrative Court Act will be presented.

Methods:

The relevant content will be presented in a practically oriented manner together with cases and examples.

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
