Selected parts of the Italian criminal law and criminal law, partly in comparison with the Austrian legal system and with particular consideration of current developments

Methods:

PowerPoint presentations, discussions; it will take place an excursion to an administration department of the Autonomous Province of Bozen/Bolzano and to the community Bolzano

Bilingual edition of the Italian Criminal Code and the Italian Penal Procedure Code (published in the "Blue Line", Athesia, Bozen 1995 and 1991)
