  „project management and case study – consulting case training in context of workplace health management“

Teaching and case study.

Students shall be split into 2 teams; one team will be the „entrepreneur / contractor“; one team will be „the consultant“.

The teams shall be given a problem statement and „point of departure“; the „entrepreneur“ shall recruit „the consultant“ and will give a contract order for consulting the company.

 „the consultant“ shall develop a solution and shall present at the end of the course to the company; „the entrepreneur“ meanwhile will be given separate tasks; „the entrepreneur“ shall operate „reactive“.

„the consultant“ and „the entrepreneur“ will give a reciprocal assessment/evaluation (which will be incorporated in the final grade).
