Students know options of using literature in foreign languages (novels, short stories, drama, poems etc.) on different levels. They are familiar with some approaches to working with literature and can use language skills in view of literary texts in the classroom.

Choose literary text genres according to a learner level and create appropriate tasks regarding language skills. Students use their acquired knowledge for preparing their own teaching sequences in their subject. Feedback and self-reflection.

This course is part of IMoF's Middle Module (Mittelmodul) and addresses only students of two Romance Languages. It compensates the "Einführung in die Didaktik des Fremdsprachenunterrichts" but is not credited as "Fachspezifische Fachdidaktik".
