the objective of the course is for you to critically examine your current work- and life circumstances, and to find stress-reducing measures for some of your challenges. Specific theories on how to accomplish this will be discussed and applied to your daily work. Ideally, you will walk away from this course with an improved attitude towards and awareness of your professional and personal challenges, seeing them as a positive motivator!

In this course, scientific and theoretical basics are discussed and put into relation to your current personal work situation and life planning. What is stress anyways, and how can I identify potential burnout? Does burnout even have anything to do with me or does it only affect others? In this course, you will query yourself to determine if your work ethics and personal values are compatible with actual demands of the workplace, or if you put pressure on yourself either knowingly or unknowingly? We will examine which approaches are available to master daily challenges in a manner allowing you to achieve your personal goals – without suffering chronic stress! In this course, maintaining a positive attitude to work and life, we will critically discuss many elements of life and develop positive approaches.
