This course aims at further development of essential text-related techniques, as well as at expanding methodological techniques and tricks of textual analysis. Reading and writing are the key course skills.

Advanced reading and writing skills; further development of essential text-related techniques, e.g. summaries or résumés of academic articles, reviews or annotations.

Interactive and media-assisted teaching techniques.

1 mid-term test, 1 end-term test; active participation in classroom activities; homework assignments.

Language learning materials will be provided by the lecturer. Further reading will be announced in the first session.
