Deepening Far Eastern Movements cultures: Self Defense

The aim of this course is to get to know, analyze and critically examine the technical and tactical possibilities of self-defense. The course is a deepening and expanding of Far Eastern movement cultures.

In addition, students learn:

- to apply, consolidate and expand their repertoire of motor adaptive abilities.

- to reflect and improve their own attack and defense behavior through their own action in the partnership structure and the observation of the combat behavior of their partners.

- gain experience in dealing with own resources.

- increase their athletic performance level.

- gender and inclusion-specific aspects.

- critically reflect health effects.

- about the prevention of injuries.

 

-different technical and tactical Possibilities of action of self-defense are learned and tested.

 - simple and relevant movements of self-defense are mediated and discussed.
