Understand the didactic guidelines needed to teach or coach various target groups in sport or fitness settings.
Practical experience - each student leads the class through a training session or physical education class once during the semester.

Each student must submit a training plan for their session 5 days before the session.
Hospitations - students must attend 6 coaching / fitness sessions in 5 different sports or activities and write a report on each.

Handouts will be uploaded on the OLAT website during the semester.
Class attendance is mandatory. Students may miss a maximum of 2 lessons.
