Students will achieve an overview on strategies and actions used in the different areas of applied geography.
The theoretical and practical usage of gepgraphical knowledge and methods will form the focus of this course. In doing so, strategies, actions and implementation-problems will be discussed in the fields of spatial planning, urban and regional planning, environmental planning, traffic planning als well as regional policies.
Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.
