The students are qualified to work with theories, research methods and results of research in the field of work and organizational psychology.

Contents:

Workload and its negative influence on employees` health are an ongoing topic of research in the field of organizational psychology. The course will focus on relevant topics, concepts and studies in the context of working conditions and health promotion at the workplace.

Methods:

Oral presentations by the instructor and the students, discussions.

Assessment:

Examinations using continuous assessment based on written and/or oral contributions from the students
