The learning objective is to familiarize the students with the basic topics  and contents of sportspsychological work. Furthermore everyone will be able to apply some sportspsychological techniques he learned in the course.

In this course you will learn about a sportpsychological working perspective, task fields and contents of sportspsychological work. We will discuss and practice mental techniques. The fokus is on the regulation of emotions, self-worth/self-esteem, mindfulnessbased techniques, relaxation techniques and conversational skills.  

role-play, discussion, individual- and group work

small mixed groups work out presentations at home and present those to the whole course. In addition to that active oral participation through contributions to seminar discussions.
