winter semester 2016/2017 | Last update: 28.10.2016 | Place course on memo listThe goal of the seminar is to provide students with a complete research process in a predefined range of topics. Students work out a research question based on the study of literature and develop hypothesis on a systematically deriven theory. They conduct their own study using appropirate methods and analyse their data. Finally the results and implications are presented and discussed.
The seminar focuses on predefined relevant topics of work, stress and health in the field of work and organizational psychology. Students will be required to work out a research process including literature study on current state of the research area, planning of a study design and conducting a study with support of the instructor. Results are presented and discussed in the course and finally documented in a Bachelor thesis.
