Learning Outcome:

After end of this module students know the principles of specific conversation (e.g. active listening, circular ask technique) and are able to use them in different / specific psychological conversation situations (e.g. anamnesis, psychological counselling etc.). Conversation can be analysed and reflected critically. Conversation with "difficult issues / situations" should be able to be carried on.

Contents:

The seminar argues intensively with the conversation of the adult´s psychology in clinical / clinical-neuropsychological area. The conversation with clients / patients and relatives (psychological counselling), anamnesis, observation of overt behaviors, discussion of clinical findings and diagnosis etc. are discussed in detail and practiced

Theory, role plays, discussion, exercises, practical group work

active participation (attendence compulsory), written work
