Principles of:

  • biomolecules incl. biological macromolecules
  • structure and function of biomembranes
  • structure and function of the cell with main differences among animals (humans) / plants / fungi / bacteria
  • cellular communication
  • cell cyclus, mitosis, meiosis
  • classical and molecular genetics, principles of gene techniques
  • protein synthesis
  • introduction to metabolism
