Goal: At this level the learner can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance - e.g. personal and family information, shopping, work, immediate environment; can communicate in routine situations of information exchange on familiar and routine matters; can describe in simple terms aspects of their background, education, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need. Introduction to calligraphy on request

skiing holidays; conversations on the train; arrangements for a party
Linguistic Goals:
to talk about job/ family/ place of residence; to describe people/ objects/ situations with more than one attributes; to describe an action that continues; to describe a state which resulted from a certain action in the past; to make an appointment; to ask for something; to call on someone to do something
Structural Goals:
