Case studies; preparation for the written exam in civil law
Students learn how to solve civil cases in writing. The 4 written exams (3 hours each) cover the fields of general civil law, law of obligations, property law, law of succession, familiy law and conflict of laws. The cases are discussed in the classes following the exams.
