Understanding correlations and differences between private and public law; knowledge of the most important border materia like e.g. state liability; public procurement law; etc.

Contents:

Delimination of private and public laws; case law; presentation and explanation of importent border materia (see supra).

Methods:

Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
