Support of students writing a thesis. The seminar addresses also students interested in tenancy law and the law of condominium and who want to acquire a seminar certificate. Prior knowledge is preferable but not necessary.

For the acquisition of a certificate, regular and active participation, an oral presentation with handout and composing a written project paper ar required.
