The goal of this class is to familiarise those whose native language is not English with English legal texts (cases, textbooks, etc.) and to introduce them to basic English legal terminology in different fields of law.
The topics will include an introduction to UK legal education, the UK legal profession, the UK court structure and civil procedure as well as aspects of UK company law.
