310005 International Economic Law
summer semester 2017 | Last update: 05.02.2024 | Place course on memo listThis course introduces the participants into pivotal concepts of International Economic Law. They shall be enabled to understand the basic philosophy standing behind this field of law and to solve autonomously basic legal questions arising in this area.
Primary attention will be paid to WTO law (international trade law). Furthermore, also subjects such as international investment law, international competition law, international monetary law, international development law and the law of international integration will be treated.
The single units are introduced by the course teacher. Participants are invited to participate actively in the discussion.
