Detailed knowledge about Austrian administrative procedure law and administrative courts law with special regard to difficult constellations of administrative procedures. Participants learn the qualifications necessary for managing complex situations with many participants involved.

Case-to-case discussion on specific problems arising in administrative procedures with focus on hearings, participation rights and procedure of administrative courts with respect of specific, difficult legal questions
