Exercises about general criminal law with particular reference to the essential elements of crime (facts of the case, illegality, guilt) and the different forms of crime

Case studies, discussions of the theoretical issues, the development of possible solutions, theoretical inclusion of single institutes.

The final grade is made ​​up of presence and active participation.
