The course puts a strong focus on different possibilities to 'understand' or 'construct' MAcc & Control in its social and organizational context. Students, who completed the course should be able to understand and form MAcc & Control as part of managerial action and organizing.

Because of the different possibilities to 'understand' or 'construct' MAcc & Control in its social and organizational context, theoretical and practical questions emerge, i. e. representation, constructing differences that make a difference, intervention for/with MAcc & control, power, ethical questions.
