Students will be able to understand and reflect approaches concerning the development of organizations in the corporate and school settings. One focus is on the practical application of theory concepts and tools

Contents:

Discussion and reflection of the peculiarities of the development and management of educational organizations

Methods:

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Literature:

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

Prerequisites:

Entrance requirements: "Orientation Course Business Education" and "Teaching and Learning as a Career"completed.

Remarks:
