The aim of this course is to provide the student with essential communication skills in business (e.g. Presenting, Telephoning, Negotiating, Persuading, Moderating)
Essential language skills will be practised and applied in the context of central topic areas such as economic principles, company organisation and performance, human resources, time management, intercultural questions.
Pair work, group work, class discussion, various simulations.
Continuous assessment of the student’s work in class, written homework assignments in the eCampus, one short presentation on a current topic as a discussion trigger, one short oral exam at the end of the term.
