This course aims at providing didactic and methodological support to enable students to apply contents of gymnastics appropriately.
The main contents of this course is: courses of the correct use of the equipment, lesson plans of various equipment (like floor, horizontal bar, parallel bars, vault, trampoline) and also creating an element catalogue for stationary equipment (like ropes wallbars ladders, ...).
The lesson plans that are presented by the instructor during the course need to be executed and protocolled by the students.
Assessment of protocol and application of gymnastic elements in lesson plans.
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
