The participants will get acquainted with elements to bear in mind when working with visual documents in class. They will transfer the acquired knowledge to a possible lesson, put it into practice and critically reflect it.

Choose visual documents that are appropriate to different language levels, exploit their linguistic, intercultural and esthetic aspects, write instructions for “pre, while and post tasks”. Presentation of the lessons by the participants and discussion of these lessons

Presentations, group discussions, individual and partner work, simulations of lessons

Active participation, preparation and presentation of a lesson with a pre-defined language level based on the different competences as well as a written elaboration of the lesson for all the course participants (10 pages). Other modes of evaluation will be communicated in the first course.
