Competence to interpret Greek texts using the basic methods of literary theory; sound knowledge of the structural elements of Greek comedy and their functions; fair knowledge of the iambic trimeter.
Translation and interpretation of Greek text sequences, discussion of secondary literature, presentation of results.
Lecture, reading and translating in groups, discussing secondary literature, student presentations
Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "requirement regulations"
To be announced in the first session.
Knowledge of Ancient Greek.
