Students are able to autonomously perform a DNA fragment analysis in accordance with current state of knowledge in Molecular Ecology.

Extraction, PCR, genotyping (microsatellites or AFLPs)

Analysis, e.g. allele-calling, population differentiation, gene flow, lineage analysis

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
