Relevant self-study, regular preparation and follow-up provided very productive preparation for the written and oral exam in civil law.

Contents:

At first introduction to case resolving techniques. That followed several cases will be discussed among students assisted by the professor; a solution will be presented at the end of each lesson. After the final test individual examination coaching appointments.

aktueller Kodex Bürgerliches Recht; Standard-Lehrbücher zum Bürgerlichen Recht (Apathy/Riedler, Koziol/Welser) bzw - als Basis - solche zu den Grundlagen des Bürgerlichen Rechts (zB Markl/Pittl).

Remarks:

The lecture is for beginners and advanced. Appointments will be made in the frame of the preliminary talk. (respectively OLAT)
