Acquisition of knowledge about the fundamentals and those areas of substantive EU law which are of particular practical relevance.
The lecture will cover the general prohibition of discrimination, free movement, the fundamental internal market freedoms and legal harmonisation.
Lecture, including presentations of case studies focusing on current judgments of the European Court of Justice.

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
