The participants receive the basics of administrative judicial protection and the sequence of administrative court procedure.

Main aspects of the Administrative Court Procedure Act (VwGVG) focusing on the practical application will be presented.

The relevant content will be presented in a practically oriented manner together with cases and examples and a visit of a public Trial before the Administrative Court.

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
