Applying linguistics to language teaching

Linguistic themes relevant for language teaching (see e-campus): Error analysis, contrastive linguistics, role of the mother tongue in the foreing language classroom, selected chapters of pragmatics

Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.

Participation, preparation, written exam

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

Linguistics and specialized literature for teacher training candidates.

Starts at the beginning of the semester.
