In this tutorial students will intensify their knowledge on different aspects of the topic by concentrating on selected source texts and thematically relevant specialized literature.
On the basis of selected examples students shall be given an insight into the history of warfare and peace agreements in Early Modern Age. Among others a thematic focus is put on the connection between state and social order and the kind of warfare and peace agreements.
Short presentations by students, discussions, written exercises und teacher-centred teaching.
Active cooperation, discussion contributions, presentation with handout, short written test.
