743312 UE Molecular Analysis of Trophic Interactions in Practice
winter semester 2017/2018 | Last update: 25.09.2017 | Place course on memo listStudents understand the methodological techniques employed for molecularly analysing trophic interactions, for DNA-based identification and for DNA-barcoding and they can practically apply these techniques.
Practical course focused at the application of techniques used in molecular trophic ecology such as DNA extraction, DNA quantification, PCR, DNA sequencing, editing of DNA sequences, DNA-based identification, primer design and development of diagnostic assays
Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).
Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
