Participants of this module shall be able to comprehend, reflect and apply the contents of this lecture. They shall gain the ability to autonomously acquire further basic concepts in ion, molecular and plasma physics. They shall also achieve a basic understanding of the research oriented way of thinking in ion, molecular and plasma physics.

Basics for understanding reserach relevant topics in ion, molecular and plasma physics; electron-material and ion-material interactions; molecular physics; dynamics of charges particles, many-body physics; chemical physics.
