Basic knowledge of the legal procedures carried out according to the Austrian Außerstreitgesetz.

Mainly the general legal provisions of the Außerstreitgesetz are going to be compared to the legal provisions of the Austrian Civil Procedure Act – the Zivilprozessordnung.

Lecture with discussion and the possibility to ask questions.

Orally (if it is required).

Current edition of the Austrian Außerstreitgesetz (for example Kodex Zivilgerichtliches Verfahren) and Mayr/Fucik, Verfahren außer Streitsachen (2013).

None (basic knowledge of the civil procedure law is advantageous).
