The course imparts the leading principals of composing a diploma or doctoral thesis in the subject “Commercial, Corporate and Securities Law”.

Contents:

Basic knowledge on scientific working methods such as choice of topic, literature research via data bases, scientific citation and structuring of papers.

Methods:

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
