Students are able to analyse individual section of international relations and to critically reflect their theories and methods. Thus, they know how to individually elaborate comparative theories and methods of this section.

The seminar is a theory-guided analysis of Russian foreign policy. At the centre will be the assessment whether or not Russia is a revisionist power. It will further discuss Russian visions of international Order.

The seminar will analyze the outlines of Russian foreign policy since 1992, with great emphasis put on (most) recent developments.

Plenary presentation and debate.
