The aim of the course is to make students aware of the legal framework of employment relations and to illustrate the interaction between the interests of employers and employees in a company. Furthermore, the following topics will be elaborated together with the students once the basics of labor law have been explained. 

  • Basics of wage and salary garnishment / collection procedures
  • Employment relationship in times of crisis / employer insolvency
  • Key aspects of the law on business transfers
  • Contract law (discussion of individual contract clauses)

 

In addition to the lecture, future graduates in business administration will get to know routine activities in human resources by engaging themselves in practice-oriented case studies.

Continuous assessment based on oral contribution by participants.

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

 

Cannot be accepted as a free elective course!
