The objective of this seminar is a better understanding of

-          the global issues surrounding multinational corporations

-          the context and external environment of global companies

-          the challenges and aims of organizing businesses in international contexts

-          the impact of technology on strategy, competition and international cooperation

-          the role of (international) businesses in society
