Practical introduction into some Live-cell-imaging techniques. Working with cells in the cell culture lab.

Basic cell culture techniques, intracellular measurement of fluorescing sensor proteins, site selective probes, bleachingmethods, Timelapse, FRAP (flourescence recovery after photobleaching), 3D imaging, deconvolution, motion tracking, channel unmixing, image analysis

The module takes place in the first month of the semester. Slots will be assigned on the 5 th of march in the general meeting for all modules. in the same week the lecture starts and in the following 2 weeks the practical part will take place in our lab.
