Acquisition of a differentiated understanding of the meaning construct. Insights into topical empirical research on meaning. Knowledge about relationships between meaning in life and personality, well-being, health, etc. Knowledge about available assessment tools. Ability to apply research findings to occupational and everyday life.

Meaning in life is a subject that attracts increasingly more attention in psychological research. In the context of eudaimonic well-being it is considered to be an indicator of the 'good life'; in clinical, health and positive psychology, research programmes highlight the significance of meaning in life for human experience and functioning.

Individual themes are developed and elaborated by the participants of the seminar itself. Working mode: case studies, small groups, self-exploration, discussion, lectures
