A deeper understanding of the principal aspects of dynamics of chemical reactions. An overview of how to study elementary processes, the means of probing them, understanding and controlling them will be given.
There will be theoretical sessions with lectures and seminars with
students and practical sessions using computers:
- Introductory concepts: Molecular Reaction Dynamics and Molecular
Collisions.
- Molecular Collisions. Reactive Collisions.
- Mechanism of Reactive Collisions. Potential Energy Surfaces.
Theoretical Methods in Collision Dynamics.
